  • My coat seems too big.

    • Shoulders Overhang: If the shoulder is boxy and overhanging, you may want to exchange for a smaller size. Keep in mind everything gets a little smaller too, so be sure you have extra space everywhere before exchanging.

    • Loose Under Arms: If there is bagginess under the arms, but everything else fits, you can tailor it in. This is better than sizing down and dealing with tightness elsewhere.

    • Loose Waistline: If there is bagginess around the midsection, but everything else fits, you can tailor it in.

    • Coat Too Long: If the coat bottom falls below split of the pants, swap to a shorter length coat or deal with it.Tailoring is not advised. Contact us for an exchange.

    • Sleeves Long: if your sleeves fall over the palm, they can be shortened by a tailor.

  • My coat seems too small.

    • If the shoulder and back are pulling, puckering or bindering, go up a size for a larger fit. Tailoring is not able to fix this. Contact us for an exchange.

    • If the lapels are pulling/kinking at the chest or the waistline, or the buttons are pulling with creases around them, go up a size for a looser fit. Tailoring is not advised. Contact us for an exchange.

  • My pants seems too big.

    • Waist Too Loose: The waistband may be too big if there is wrinkling and gaping in the back. You can have the waistband taken in by a tailor if the pants fit well in the hips & seat. If pants are loose there too, go down a size. Contact us for an exchange.

    • Rise of Crotch Too Long: If the crotch seem droops low and the pants crease horizontally in front, that means they're made to be worn higher on the waistline. Tailoring is not advised here. Wear your pants higher on the waistline, go to a tighter fit. Contact us for an exchange.

    • Loose Hips & Seat: The pants may be too loose on your seat if there are visible vertical creases from bagginess. Swap to smaller size or tighter fit. Tailoring is not advised. Contact us for an exchange.

    • Loose Through Thighs: The pants may be too loose on your thighs if there is a lot of bagginess and extra fabric hanging off the thigh. If everything else fits, tailor it in. If pants are loose everywhere, go down a size or to a tighter fit. Contact us for an exchange.

    • Loose Through Leg: The lower legs may be too loose if there is bagginess at the knee and excess width at foot opening. If everything else fits, tailor it in. If pants are loose everywhere, go down a size. Contact us for an exchange.

  • My pants seems too small.

    • Tight at Waistline: The waistband may be too small if you are straining to button them. You can have the waistband taken out if everything else fits well. If pants are tight everywhere, go up a size. Contact us for an exchange.

    • Tight in the Front Rise: The pants may be too short if you feel grabbing underneath, or can't wear the waistband as high on the body as wants. Wear your pants lower on the waistline, go to a looser fit. Contact us for an exchange.

    • Snug in Seat: The pants may be too tight on your seat if there is horizontal straining across the backside. Swap to larger size or looser fit—you don't want to split your pants on the dancefloor. Sitting down in a chair might let you know if they are too tight. Tailoring is not advised.     • Tight in Thighs: The pants may be too tight on your thighs if there is horizontal straining across the thigh and pants don’t drape smoothly. Sitting down in a chair might let you know if they are too tight. Tailoring is not advised. If pants are tight everywhere, go up a size or to a looser fit. Contact us for an exchange.

    • Lower Leg Tight: The lower legs may be too tight if the pants cling to the knee and calf and the fabric doesn’t fall naturally. Walking around might let you know they're too tight and you should go up a size. Contact us for an exchange.
