How to Shop In Store
The shopping experience at Pursuit is way different than big box suit stores and we would be happy to walk you through it prior to coming to our storefront.

Book an appointment.
We do everything by appointment to ensure you get a great one-on-one experience with our experts. Often our schedule fills up weeks in advance, so book early. Doing a little research here on our site will help you book the right appointment type but we're always happy to help when you're unsure.
Make your style decisions.
The first part of your appointment is choosing your styles. We know suits can be intimidating so at your appointment we'll guide you to make it fun, comfortable, and easy to find the right look for your occasion or to add to your wardrobe.
Dial in the fit.
The second part of your appointment is the fitting. We've built our business around a great fit. We'll discuss how you'd like your clothing to fit and then meticulously walk through the various sizes, adjustments, or alterations to achieve the fit you'll love.
Make your purchase.
You'll pay in full at your fitting and we'll collect all the details we need to make your order (custom suit) or prepare your alterations (tailored suit). At your purchase appointment we'll also schedule your return visit to pick-up and try-on your completed suit.
Return for the pick-up.
This is the really fun part as it's your chance to see yourself in your new suit! This short appointment is the unveiling of your great new suit and confirmation that you love the fit. For those who visit from out of town for the purchase appointment, we can make arrangements to ship your completed suit directly to you. Standard turnaround time for Standard or Premium: 2 weeks. Standard turnaround time for Custom: 6 weeks.
Repeat purchases are simple with your fit on file.
Once we have a fit on file, repeat purchases are simple. As long as your last Pursuit suit fits the way you love, we can save you the fitting and simply "clone the fit" in your new suit. Just browse our site and reach out or book an appointment to come back to the shops.
Returns + Exchanges
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase on items that haven’t been altered or worn.
Exchanges of unaltered or unworn items can be made within 30 days.
We can’t accept returns on tailored garments, but we will redo any previously done tailoring to your satisfaction.
Any new alterations will be performed at cost.
All sales are final on special order, clearance/final sale, and sale items.
No returns or exchanges on custom-made items.
